Ren Whiting serves as the Head of Web Channels at Vanguard since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ren held significant positions at athenahealth, including Executive Director of Product Management where oversight was provided for the Enterprise Product Management team and the corporate websites. Ren also served as Director of Product Management at athenahealth, leading the establishment of a Product Management team and facilitating a transition to Agile methodologies. Experience at Fidelity Investments includes Director of Product Management for Web Services, where innovative web experiences for customers were developed. Earlier roles include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Microsoft, Principal at CGI/AMS Consulting, and an internship at PeopleSoft. Ren holds an MBA from Cornell University and a B.S. in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
