Robert Balzanella is the European Head of Bond Indexing, overseeing over $250 billion in assets under management. With over 17 years of experience in Fixed Income, they serve as the lead portfolio manager for Vanguard’s UCITs Global Aggregate funds. Previously, Robert held roles at Aberdeen Asset Management and Aberdeen Standard Investments, where they managed a full suite of short-term products and led Aberdeen's flagship liquidity fund. They have also successfully launched and managed Vanguard's inaugural Sterling Money Market fund. Robert holds a Level 1 certification from the CFA Institute.
