Robert Louka

Robert Louka, CFA, CPA, is a seasoned trader, quant researcher, and data scientist currently serving as the Head of Trading for the Quantitative Equity Group at Vanguard. They have previously held the roles of Senior Manager, Active Equity Trader at Vanguard, and Partner/Principal, Co-Head of Trading at AJO, where they co-managed a significant equity trading desk and implemented machine learning models to analyze transaction costs. Robert's extensive background includes serving as a Senior Vice President/Portfolio Manager at CooperNeff Advisors, Inc. and a Data Scientist Consultant at Hamilton Lane. They earned a Masters of Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, between 2019 and 2021.
