Roger Bootz

Roger Bootz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and asset management. As of January 2023, Roger serves as the Head of Switzerland and Liechtenstein at Vanguard. Previously, Roger held multiple leadership positions at DWS Group from May 2018 to December 2022, including Head Sales Advisory EMEA ex Germany and Head Third Party Fund Platforms Europe ex Germany. Roger's prior experience includes roles at Deutsche Bank as Head of Public Distribution EMEA, Passive within Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, and at UBS as Executive Director, leading ETF Capital Markets and Sales in Europe. Earlier in the career, Roger directed Lyxor ETFs at Société Générale and managed equity index licensing at STOXX Ltd. Roger holds degrees in Banking & Finance from ZHAW Zurich University and Business Administration from Business School Wetzikon.
