Ross Griffiths, CFA, CIPM, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Lead Performance Analyst at Vanguard since July 2022. Previously, Ross held the position of Performance Manager in the Solutions Group at Insight Investment and contributed as a Performance & Investment Risk Analyst at Stonehage Fleming, where responsibilities included leading performance analytics and producing investment risk reports. Ross has also gained experience as a Senior Performance Analyst at Janus Henderson Investors, focusing on institutional performance analytics and GIPS compliance, as well as in roles related to retail performance analytics and presentations coordination. A former contributor at Gutenberg Research, Ross provided analysis based on modern portfolio theory, and played a key role in responsible investment strategies at Aviva Investors. Ross holds a Master of Science in Investment and Risk Finance from the University of Westminster, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Brunel University London. Further education includes a Financial Modeling in Excel course from Cass Business School.
