Ryan Maikell

Ryan Maikell is currently the Chief of Staff for the Head of International OGC at Vanguard, where they manage global initiatives and create executive materials. Previously, Ryan worked as an SEO Content Specialist at AdPro 360 and held various roles at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, including the Chair of the UCCS Green Action Fund and PIPs Program Coordinator. With a focus on community engagement and strategic communication, Ryan has developed skills in customer service, public speaking, and leadership. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Communication with a strategic emphasis, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
