With a master's degree in Human Capital Development, which they obtained through Vanguard's reimbursement program, Stephanie has designed and developed various training initiatives focused on data literacy and analytics. Currently serving as a Learning Consultant, they establish partnerships to translate business strategies into effective learning solutions that enhance skills across the organization. Their experience includes managing projects, partnering with key stakeholders, and supporting talent acquisition efforts to promote data analytics within Vanguard.
