Temeka Easter Rice, CDP®, is a senior marketing leader currently serving as the Head of Social Media at Vanguard. With a strong background in financial services marketing, Temeka has led various initiatives focusing on employer branding, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion. They hold two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, along with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and completed a graduate certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from Kellogg School of Management. Temeka has received numerous accolades, including the Governor's Financial Literacy Award and the Platinum Hermes Creative Award. Additionally, they actively contribute to their community through board positions with organizations such as the Girl Scouts of Chesapeake Bay and Emerging Pearls Foundation.
