Timothy Black has extensive experience in cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of Cybersecurity Vendor Management and previously as the Director of Cybersecurity Audit and Advisory Services at Vanguard since February 2017. Prior to this role, Timothy held multiple positions at Lockheed Martin from March 2004 to February 2017, including Cyber Security Solutions Leader, Lead Information Assurance Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, and Systems Integration Engineer. Timothy holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Widener University.
