Tom Bove

Tom Bove is a results-driven compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Fund Compliance at Vanguard, where they oversee a global, cross-functional Fund Compliance organization. They have a proven track record in expanding global operating models, implementing compliance technologies, and leading key regulatory initiatives. Previously, Tom held various roles at Vanguard, including Investment Data Manager and Fund Compliance Manager, and gained experience as a Trading Analyst at GMAC Financial Services and JPMorgan Chase. Tom earned a B.S. in Finance from La Salle University.
