Tom Lloyd

Tom Lloyd is an experienced audit leader with a strong background in internal audit functions across multiple regions and sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Audit for Europe & Americas at Vanguard since November 2022, Tom oversees internal audit operations in Europe, Canada, and Mexico. Previously, Tom held significant roles at abrdn, including Global Head of Internal Audit for Asset Management, and served as Chief Internal Auditor. Earlier experience includes a Director position at PwC from September 2004 to June 2018 and leading the Internal Audit function for Vanguard’s European business from January 2022 to November 2022. Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Management from the University of St. Andrews and is a Chartered Accountant, qualified through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
