Will Drake is currently the Chief of Staff for Corporate Strategy at Vanguard, where they have been since 2022, following participation in the Emerging Leader Development Program. Previously, Will interned at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and Permit Capital Advisors, LLC, while also gaining experience as a Career Peer Advisor and intern at Swarthmore College. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with minors in History and Classics, from Swarthmore College in 2022, and have also studied at The London School of Economics.
