Will Li

Will Li is a Senior Manager in Data Science and Machine Learning at Vanguard, where they lead initiatives to enhance client services and combat financial fraud. With over 20 years of experience in data analytics, fraud, and risk, Will has successfully managed significant operations and provided mentorship to data scientists. They have also served as an Adjunct Professor at DeVry University, instructing networking courses. Will holds an M.S.E. in Telecommunication and Networking from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently a PhD candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Villanova University.
