María Cecilia Dávila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, staffing operations, and communications within diverse sectors. Currently serving as Senior Talent Manager at VanHack since May 2022, María collaborates with IT clients in North America and Europe to meet their hiring needs while interviewing and pre-selecting candidates in technical fields.
