Deepika Phadke

Deepika Phadke is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations at Vanigent since November 2023. Prior to this role, Deepika held the position of Director of Sales Force Effectiveness and Analytics at Sage Therapeutics from December 2022 to November 2023. A substantial tenure at UCB from September 2012 to December 2022 included multiple leadership positions, such as Rare Disease Enablement Lead and Head of Incentive Compensation and Sales Force Effectiveness. Deepika’s earlier experience encompasses roles at Reckitt Benckiser and IMS Health, where responsibilities ranged from Manager of Business Analytics to Business Manager for US Operations. An educational foundation in marketing was established with an MBA obtained from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1999 to 2001.
