Rocío Ramos

Rockie C. is an accomplished professional in the field of biotechnology and genomics, currently serving as a Program Manager at Lonza since March 2023, where responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary project teams for clinical manufacturing of biologics and fostering global collaborations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientist and Program Lead at CareDx, Inc. from June 2021 to March 2023, focusing on product development and automation of genomics-based diagnostics, as well as authoring a significant peer-reviewed publication on clinical biomarkers. Rockie also held positions as Senior Scientist and Scientist II at Senti Biosciences, where technical leadership in gene therapy was paramount, and served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles. Education credentials include a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
