Joppe Groot has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2010, Joppe worked as a Stagiair Marketing at IQ Creative B.V, a restaurant group known for its conceptual development and hospitality innovation. From 2012 to 2013, Joppe worked as a Stagiair at Livecom, where they focused on improving customer communication through chat platforms. In 2012, Joppe also joined Casengo as part of the Business Development team, contributing to the development of a cloud application for customer support. From 2007 to 2019, Joppe served as an Ondernemer at Groot Schoenen, a renowned shoe store known for its extensive collection, quality, and excellent service. Most recently, Joppe joined VanMoof in 2020, initially working as a Technical Customer Care Specialist and later transitioning to the role of Teamlead Support.
Joppe Groot completed their Havo degree at Bonhoeffer College from 2000 to 2005. Later, between 2009 and 2016, they pursued a degree in Small Business & Retail Management at Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
