Lizzy Beer is an experienced People Operations Specialist and HR professional with a background in managing the full employee life-cycle across multiple organizations. Currently serving at VanMoof since April 2024, Lizzy advises managers on various HR topics and is responsible for employee matters in retail departments across the Netherlands, UK, and Germany. Previous roles include HR & Recruitment Advisor at Munro Tailoring, HR-medewerker at De Nieuwe Arts, and internships at YoungCapital and the Municipality of Amsterdam. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Lizzy also possesses experience in sales advisory roles at Suitsupply and HEMA, further enhancing customer relationship skills.
