ELEVATING THE EVERYDAY
We design places that put life at the center and feel tailor-made. Social, green, and characterful buildings where people feel at home and that evolve with them over time. Our architecture makes the familiar special, personal, and surprising.
VOA realizes projects in architecture and urban design, with a focus on sustainability, context, and refined detailing. We are currently working on around 3,000 homes of various types and scales across the country.

SERIOUS FUN
We combine an open, explorative attitude with continuous dialogue, an integrated approach, and plenty of creativity. This “serious fun” mentality — adventurous, optimistic, and curious — makes our work human, precise, and surprising.

DESIGN TO BUILD
From the first sketch, we think along about technical logic, material use, and buildability. We don’t make the process more complicated — we find the connections that move projects forward. In doing so, we create livable homes and neighborhoods with lasting value.

COMPLEXITY AS RICHNESS
Richness lies in the conditions: every project is shaped by its interests, wishes, and constraints. With our serious yet adventurous mindset, we keep exploring until we uncover more within the complexity of the task — finding meaning in apparent contradictions. The result is thoughtful, feasible, and meaningful architecture that maximizes value.

BRINGING TOGETHER WHAT MATTERS
We work as one team — with clients, consultants, builders, and colleagues — driven by mutual trust and a shared ambition. Through short lines of communication and strong personal involvement, we ensure project continuity. By connecting disciplines and interests and maintaining open communication, we create robust processes and designs.
