Anton Ilyenko

Anton Ilyenko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anton currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Vanongo since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Recruiting Operations at Surprise.com from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, Anton held the position of People Leader and Global Process Owner at VEON, where they launched the HR function and managed various people-related activities. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at PwC in 2015 and as an HR Business Partner and Global Recruitment Leader at INTERPIPE from 2013 to 2015. Anton began their career at Adecco Group, where they progressed from a Researcher to a Branch Manager between 2010 and 2013.
