James Bailey

James Bailey is a design leader and board advisor, currently serving as a Principal Service Designer at Vanquis Bank. With over 15 years of extensive experience in product design, service design, and strategic design, they previously held roles such as Design Lead at Designit and Design Director at 1210s Design. James has worked with notable clients including Channel 4, Sky, and EasyJet, leading user-centered design projects and multi-disciplinary teams. They hold multiple Master’s degrees in Interaction Design from the University of Westminster and are trained as a certified design coach.
