Lee Webb

Lee Webb is currently the Head of Operations Performance at Vanquis Bank, a position they have held since 2022. They have an extensive background in strategy and operations, having served in various roles, including Head of Collections Strategy Delivery and Senior COVID Strategy Manager at the same institution. Previously, Lee held positions at companies such as Barclaycard as Operations Manager and Experto Credite as Risk Manager. Lee obtained a BSc in Pure Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Wales, Swansea, in 2002.
