Dimitri Fonti is a skilled designer specializing in performance footwear for surf and snow at Vans since October 2025, where innovative designs harmonize performance, sustainability, and brand identity. Previously, Dimitri held various roles at Timberland, including Advanced Concepts & Energy Associate Footwear Designer and Footwear Prototype Design Engineer. Early career experiences include internships and apprenticeships at Washington Shoe Company, PENSOLE Academy, and production planning at Satsuma Designs, where Dimitri honed design and production skills. A leadership position as Design Director at WOOF! showcased the ability to drive design initiatives in a retail startup, while a graphic design coordination role with Seattle Storm involved creating promotional graphics. Dimitri holds a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Washington.
