Jen Aschieris is a dynamic and results-oriented sales, strategy, business development, and operations executive, with over 14 years of experience in scaling globally recognized brands. During a 11-year tenure at TOMS Shoes, Jen launched the brand in over 30 countries, generating over $100M in retail sales and providing millions of shoes to children in need. In early 2021, they joined Vans, where they created and executed market-specific business transformations across 13 countries. Currently, as the US Sales Operations Director at Vans, Jen continues to drive strategic change in North America's largest market. Jen holds a BA in Political Science, Cum Laude, from UC Irvine.
