Jerod Harmon is a Senior Footwear Designer at Vans, a division of VF Outdoor, where they lead design direction and drive product development across multiple categories. Growing up in a small town in Iowa, Jerod developed a passion for creativity and problem-solving, which guided their path into industrial design. They previously held design roles at New Balance, OluKai, and Vans, where they contributed to innovative footwear solutions and mentored junior designers. Jerod earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design with a concentration in Footwear Design from Iowa State University and also completed a summer footwear program at the London College of Fashion.
