Joe Raines

Joe Raines is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain at Vans, a position held since 2020. Previously, Raines served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. from 2007 to 2017 and as Vice President of Supply Chain for Workwear at VF Corporation from 2017 to 2020. Raines began their career as a Consultant at Kurt Salmon from 1998 to 2005 and also held the role of Director at Toys R Us from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Raines served as a Military Officer in the US Army from 1990 to 1998 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of La Verne and a Bachelor’s degree at North Georgia College and State University.
