Michael Cao is currently the VP and GM of Vans China and VF China Strategic Initiatives, a role held since 2016. From 2011 to 2016, Michael served as GM of Vans China, and prior to that, worked at Nike in various managerial positions from 2003 to 2006, including National Key Account Manager and Sportswear Sales Director for the Greater China Region.
