Stephanie Smith

Head of E-Commerce

Stephanie Smith serves as the Head of E-Commerce at Mattel, Inc., where responsibilities include leading DTC transformation and implementing digital best practices for Mattel Shop and AmericanGirl.com since June 2021. Prior roles at Mattel include Director of Digital Merchandising, Product Management, and UX, where Stephanie led the e-commerce strategy for Barbie the Movie, and Director of Digital Merchandising and Product Management, overseeing the launch of global DTC websites. Previously, at Nordstrom from 2013 to 2021, Stephanie held various positions, culminating as Chief of Staff for Inventory, and significantly contributed to customer experience strategies and brand evolution. Stephanie began a membership with the Women in Retail Leadership Circle in April 2024, and previously worked at Deloitte as an Audit Senior. Stephanie holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California.
