Dawn Smith

Dawn Smith (Felix) is currently the Operations Director at Vanson Bourne, where they oversee scripting and process updates. Previously, they served as the Data Services Manager at BMG Research, managing programming and teams focused on Coding, Data Entry, and Data Processing. Dawn also held the position of Quality Assurance Director at Consumer Insight, participating in field operations and ensuring quality procedures to enhance productivity.
