CJ Haws

CJ Haws has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Sales Representative at Red Dot Wireless and concurrently as a Paralegal/Sales at Credit Attorney until 2007. Following that, from 2007 to 2009 they served as an Intake Coordinator at Journey at Willow Creek. In 2009, CJ joined Assessments.com as the Director of Customer Support, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they handled client troubleshooting, implemented support policies, and conducted product demos. In 2012, CJ joined Vant4ge as an Implementation & QA Specialist, leading a team that delivered products to various agencies across the United States. They then transitioned to a Business Analyst role from 2015 to 2018, collaborating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and aligning product vision. Currently, CJ serves as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Technical Product Manager at Vant4ge, collaborating with various teams to define features and drive product development.

CJ Haws started their education journey at Weber State University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Generals. In 2017, they attended Helio Training and completed a program in Full Stack Web Development. CJ received a Certificate of Proficiency in Full-Stack Web Development from Helio Training in December 2017. In September 2018, CJ Haws obtained another certification, becoming a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through the Scrum Alliance.
