Ashley Chou

Ashley Chou is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Vanta since May 2024, Ashley previously held multiple roles at Brilliant Smart Home from January 2016 to May 2024, including Director of Engineering and founding engineer, contributing significantly to the company's growth as one of its initial hires. Prior experience includes positions as Software Engineer at shopkick from August 2013 to January 2016 and various internships at NetApp in 2011 and 2012. Ashley Chou earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Electrical & Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University, completing studies in 2013.
