Go Shibata is a seasoned sales leader with over 15 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in leadership, sales, and operations. They have demonstrated success in driving high growth go-to-market strategies across Asia Pacific and Japan, particularly through roles at companies such as PagerDuty, Bloomberg LP, and Vanta. As the current Country Manager for Japan at Vanta and a multi-franchise owner at SJJA, Shibata leads high-performing teams and fosters strong customer relationships. Shibata holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
