Ignacio Andreu

Ignacio Andreu is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Engineering for AI at Vanta since November 2024, Ignacio previously held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Google from August 2020 to October 2024, where leadership included tooling for human generation and annotation of data for Large Language Models in Google Search. Prior roles include Head of Engineering at Atrium HQ, where Ignacio led the team from inception to product-market fit, and Engineering Team Lead at Monster, overseeing the development of intelligent CRM tools following the TalentBin acquisition. Ignacio began their career as a Co-Founder of Masterbranch, the largest database of Open Source projects, and has also contributed to various software engineering roles at TalentBin, Intrasoft International, Telefonica R&D, and TB-Solutions. Ignacio holds a degree in Technical Computing Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de La Almunia.
