Jess Peters

Jess Peters is an experienced marketing executive with a strong background in growth marketing and demand generation across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Growth Marketing for APAC at Vanta since October 2025, Jess previously held roles including Associate Director of Demand Generation at BrightHR, and Head of Product Growth at PropHero. Notable accomplishments include a tenure at Cabcharge Payments as Head of Marketing, where Jess was instrumental in restoring revenue levels post-COVID, and leading significant growth initiatives at Shippit that resulted in substantial increases in inbound leads. Jess's career also includes marketing management positions at Hannover Fairs Australia and Informa Australia, as well as earlier roles in journalism and media production. Jess holds a Bachelor of Media, Communications & Journalism from UNSW and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Advertising) from Ultimo TAFE.
