John Hicks

John Hicks is a Solutions Engineer and Trust Advisor at Vanta since January 2023, previously serving as a Trust Advisor at Trustpage from April 2022 to January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Cybersecurity Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman from May 2020 to April 2022, where John contributed to the Artemis program by developing human-rated space station cybersecurity strategies, conducting software risk assessments, and analyzing system requirements against NIST controls. John also founded AnchorX in 2018, facilitating digital currency transactions for global customers. Earlier military experience in the United States Air Force includes multiple leadership roles focused on cybersecurity, systems management, and project design. John holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University and has completed multiple specialized cyber training courses through the Air Force.
