Julia Tierney

Julia Tierney is a passionate and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in talent management, performance, and leadership development. They have held various roles at Optimizely between 2014 and 2025, culminating in their current position as Director of Learning & Talent Development, where they lead global talent development strategies and drive organizational change. Julia has also worked at the UC Davis Activities and Recreation Center and served as Community Program Manager at The City of Irvine, where they developed community engagement programs. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and a certificate in Human Resource Management from San Francisco State University.
