Kaushik Patel

Kaushik Patel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in go-to-market (GTM) systems, operations, and data analytics across various technology companies. Currently serving as Head of GTM Systems & Analytics at Vanta since November 2025, Kaushik leads the development of scalable GTM infrastructure and automation, optimizing critical technology stacks such as Salesforce and HubSpot while building a high-performing team. Prior roles include Head of Business Systems at Brex, where Kaushik drove AI-native transformation, and Senior Vice President at ThoughtSpot, overseeing global GTM operations and leading a large team in a high-growth environment. Additional experience includes significant positions at BlueJeans by Verizon and S i2i Limited, where Kaushik was pivotal in demand generation, product marketing, and strategy. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
