Kia Williams

Kia Williams is a dedicated Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in enhancing client relationships and operational effectiveness. Currently employed at Vanta since February 2022, Kia previously held the same title at Kleer, LLC from April 2019 to January 2022, contributing to the mission of making dental care plans affordable and accessible. Prior to this role, Kia worked at Energage from 2017 to early 2019 as an Account Executive and Client Success Coordinator, focusing on generating business relationships and managing survey logistics for Top Workplaces. Kia's earlier experience as Site Director at the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA in 2016 involved curriculum development and staff supervision.
