Lucas H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Currently serving as a GTM GRC Subject Matter Expert at Vanta since September 2025, Lucas previously held the position of Staff Security GRC Program Manager at Confluent from September 2019 to September 2025. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Security Analyst & Project Manager at Noblis and as a Risk Advisory Consultant at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, where Lucas contributed to regulatory control enhancements and financial report evaluations for major corporations. Lucas began a career in assurance as an Associate, managing audits for government contractors. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Integrated Information Technology from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and has further education from Jönköping International Business School.
