Mark Lail

Mark Lail has worked for several companies since 2012. Mark began their career at Target Corporation as a Store Executive Intern, then moved to the University of Alabama as a Teaching Assistant. Mark also served as Chairman of the Alabama Management Society, where they grew membership from 10 to over 80 members and raised over 4,500 dollars for tornado relief. In 2017, they worked for both Gather Technologies as a Sales Development and Quest Financial as a Business Development Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at FieldEdge, serving as a Sales Analyst/Salesforce Administrator, Manager of Revenue Operations, and Director of Revenue Operations. In 2021, they worked as an Advisor for Sonar, and in 2022 they began their current role as Director of Business Systems and Head of Go-to-Market Systems at Vanta.

Mark Lail attended Bearden High School prior to enrolling at The University of Alabama, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus in Economics. Mark also attended Winthrop University. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (August 2019), Salesforce Certified Administrator (March 2018), and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (March 2018).
