Before joining Vanta, Matt held various management consulting roles over seven years, focusing on customer experience, digital innovation, and operational improvement, primarily advising telecommunications, financial companies, and government agencies. They have also served as Head of Scale Customer Success for APJ at Qualtrics and have experience with enterprise-level clients across Asia, Pacific, and Japan. Matt is pursuing multiple advanced degrees in International Relations, International Business, and Design/Computing from prestigious institutions.
