Michael Hensley

Michael Hensley is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leading and enhancing information security programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security at Modern Health since May 2021, Michael manages a security team and develops multi-year strategies to advance security initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Security Engineer positions at NerdWallet and Pampered Chef, where responsibilities encompassed application and cloud security, as well as building vulnerability management programs. Michael also contributed to CDK Global as a Product Security Engineer and Software Engineer, focusing on vulnerability testing and software development. Additionally, Michael provides insights as a Product Advisory Board Member for Vanta, utilizing a passion for product compliance feedback. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory from Seattle Pacific University, completed in 2010.
