Seth Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Digital Success Operations Manager at Vanta, Seth has been instrumental in developing the company's first digital customer success strategy. Previously, Seth held roles at Vanta, including Manager of Scaled Customer Success, where a new Implementation team was established, and Customer Success Manager as a founding member of the Customer Success team. Earlier work experience includes positions at Lyft as an Engagement Specialist, Hustle as a Client Support Specialist and Talent Partner/Strategic Program Manager, and at GirlVentures and the YMCA of Greater Seattle in program management and wilderness instruction roles. Seth holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Philosophy from Colorado College.
