Dan Alves

Dan Alves has worked in the customer service industry since 2009. Dan began their career at Hudson Lock, LLC as a Customer Service Representative, and eventually progressed to roles such as Production Manager, Director of Inside and Foreign Sales, and Director of Manufacturing Operations. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing all shipping and manufacturing operations, and for meeting monthly production and shipping goals. Dan directly supervised a staff of thirteen and supported, trained and hired team members. Dan also managed finished goods inventory levels and ran MRP daily to create and distribute work orders throughout the plant. In 2021, they moved to DripShop as a Seller Success and Onboarding Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Vantaca as a Customer Support Specialist.

Dan Alves attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management.
