Richard Sines

Richard Sines is currently the Head of Financial Reporting and Taxation at Vantaca, having joined in 2025. Previously, Richard held the position of Senior Manager in SEC Reporting at AvidXchange, Inc. in 2024 and served as Director of Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance at Benefitfocus from 2016 to 2023. Richard’s extensive background includes roles at PhishLabs as Accounting Manager, Elliott Davis as a Senior Tax Associate, and co-founding Natural Resource Management Group LLC, where they specialized in corporate finance and investor relations. Richard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University and completed postgraduate studies in Accounting at the College of Charleston.
