Tom Arnett is currently the Chief Operating Officer and previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Vantaca. From 2019 to 2021, Tom was the General Manager at Stack Sports, where they managed a diverse portfolio that supported 15,000 youth sports organizations. Prior to that, Tom was the CEO of Blue Sombrero LLC, which grew significantly under their leadership after its acquisition by DICK'S Sporting Goods. Tom's earlier roles include Vice President of Sales at Blue Sombrero and VP of Customer Experience at DICK'S Sporting Goods. They also held positions as Executive Director of Athletes For A Better World and Director of Marketing and Media Relations at Tinwood Media.
