Ryan Maxfield, MBA, C.M., is an accomplished aviation industry leader currently serving as Founder and CEO of Vantage Aviation, a firm focused on business aviation acquisitions and development across North America. With a strong background in business development and leadership roles, Ryan has held significant positions at organizations such as Dark Horse Aviation, where Ryan was Executive Vice President of Business Development, and Jet Access Group, where Ryan was a founding member and Chief Revenue Officer. In addition to these roles, Ryan has experience as a member of the Board of Directors at Dream Center Indianapolis and as President of Mach Point Aviation. An expert in aviation management and operations, Ryan's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Flight Technology from Indiana State University.
