Partha Neog is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vantage Circle, where since October 2010, efforts have focused on transforming HR management of employee engagement and benefits programs through a unified platform that encompasses rewards and recognition, wellness, perks, and sentiment analysis. Previously, Partha served as Vice President of Product Management at 99acres.com from November 2007 to October 2010, overseeing all aspects of product management from conceptualization to launch. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Aricent, Technical Lead at Hughes Software Systems, and Engineer at Bharat Electronics, contributing to various sectors in technology and product development. Partha holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
