Alison Caverly

Alison Caverly is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Vantage Data Centers, advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. With a diverse legal background, Alison has held positions at companies including Abbott, where they served as Commercial Counsel, and Jones Day as an Associate. They have also contributed to academic research at Harvard Business School and gained experience in various roles within the legal field, including at Dentons and Bluhm Legal Clinic. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
