Eric Busby

Eric Busby currently serves as Senior Construction Manager at Vantage Data Centers since September 2025. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Senior Director of Design and Construction at Ardent Data Centers, part of Northern Data Group, from December 2023 to September 2025, and also served as Construction Director. Eric’s extensive experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at CBRE from July 2016 to December 2023, Director of Construction at Zayo Group from February 2015 to July 2016, and various roles at Latisys, gkkworks, and Syska Hennessy Group, with career beginnings as a Project Engineer at C&A Construction and a General Laborer at Stallings Construction Co. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associate of Science in Architecture from Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University - Idaho, respectively.
